A vibrant trainer, music and all equipment is provided. Specific equipment is selected for a great workout and ease of transport. If you have your own equipment this may be incorporated in to the workouts.

Mobile personal training is just that, mobile, we come to you whether it be at home, a local park or your favourite beach.
